This is supposedly perfect orange. However, on the inside, it's going rotten. On the outside of the orange are negative phrases. However, most are wiped out. This gives you the impression that it's been dealt with, but despite that, the orange is still rotting. This is an analogy for the mask many people have towards negative feelings. It may seem that they are assured in themselves and fine, but in reality, they are rotting in the inside and deeply affected.
